Aussie game industry to face pressure over funding of US gun shows

Australia is looking to the US to help boost its industry, with the country set to host its biggest gun show ever next year.

Airsoft game fields are a key revenue generator for the firearms industry, and this year Australia will be home to two.

The Federal Government is planning to spend $3 million on the upcoming event, and hopes to attract up to 100,000 people to a venue in Melbourne.

The venue will be called the Sydney Showground and it will be open to the public.

Australia has already seen the growth of the gun industry over the past decade.

Last year, the country exported nearly $8 billion worth of firearms to the United States, the largest number of exports to any country.

The country’s guns are used by law enforcement, military, and the Australian Defence Force.
